I used to love this place but worst customer service of any sweet frog location I have been to. They have the best yogurt flavors and the toppings that you can add are almost endless. They are an excellent place to take the kids for a healthy sweet treat if you want to dine in! I wish the cup sizes were bigger and the prices weren't so high. The last time I went in there was 3 weeks ago and they charged me for the person behind me in lines order. I don't know how this happened but I was in a hurry to get home and I didn't realize this had occurred until I got home. I called and asked for a manager but was told the manager was busy and I left my name and number but never got a call back. Spending an extra $7.89 on someone else's order is not acceptable. That is stealing. Plain and simple.I think it will be a while before I visit this location again if I ever do. The location on midlothian turnpike is way better.

This is the most dirty, Filthy, sweet frog I have ever been too. The base boards are covered in black grime. Doors, chairs, benches, not clean, or sanitary- could use a repaint- floor is sticky, metal pieces in the yogurt windows are dented and dirty. The ceiling tiles above the toppings and all behind the counter have black dust and dirt... not sanitary from a health code stance.

Staff was rude and called me dumb behind my back when I let them know that 2 of their flavors weren't working.

A good selection of frozen yogurt, but this place always looks a bit dirty.

A kind of bigger lady with blondish hair was screaming, cussing and throwing things from the sound of it last Friday (5/10/19) in the back of the Sweet Frog. Everyone in the front including children could hear her. She completely ruined everyone’s moods. I don’t believe I will be coming here again. The management used to be so much better, it’s sad to see such immature employees being hired.

Staff is very friendly and selection is good. Prices are a little high compared to DQ or Baskin Robbins.

And two no sugar added flavors for those who need to curtail their intake of sugar. We have visited many of the Sweet Frog locations as we have traveled throughout the United States of America and they all have been clean and staffed with friendly personnel.

The yogurt was delicious. I combine strawberry, cheescake, chocolate, with fresh strawberries as my topping. I was a bit disappointed because my waffle cone was very stale but overall, pleased.

Love the frozen yogurt, just a little high but its worth it.

My kids and wife like the place, but I won't eat there. Look around the place top to bottom and you will likely do the same. Dirty walls and trim along the floor makes you wonder how well things are kept. Their digital signage tells me about gelato and sorbets that arent available. Gift cards are only good at certain locations and not others. Seems like a silly corp / franchisee rule that hurts the business. Other major, successful franchises (McDonald's, etc.) honor their gift cards regardless.

Friendly staff! Join the club to get the good coupons. We get deals and discount offers all the time. Great low calorie options too. I like the original froyo best.

Appears to possibly be under new ownership. Was cleaner than it has been in the past and very friendly man running the store. Always delish. Just wish they would bring back choco yogurt. The choc ice cream doesnt compare.

I used to like to stop at this location. However, this particular location is filthy. The bathrooms were gross, walls were scuffed and dirty, toppings were spilled and not cleaned up, and the floor was awful. I went in and went right back out. You'd be better off going to another location, or maybe Coldstone.

Yogurt isn't bad. Most of staff are pretty but seemed to be having a bad day. Bathroom could have been cleaner. Hope that isn't a sign of what's going on behind the counter. I'll try it again. Everyone/place has a bad day.

Bathrooms are nasty. Rotted wood baseboards, doors and walls covered in filth. Back counter area behind condiments cluttered with non food items. Batter for making waffle cones sitting in bin uncovered for the entire 20 minutes we were there. 2 female employees stayed in back area not visible to customers entire time unless someone came in, then they would greet them and return to the back and pop out occasionally to see if the customers were ready to pay. Place looks kinda run down and dirty in comparison to other stores in the shopping center. Everything looks to need a good repair before lathering with paint.

Sooooo Gooooood!!! Sooooo expensive!!!! Free tasty samples are available before spending money on something you might not want alot of. It is a very sweet treat for a loved one and kids every once in awhile.

Very good and very clean tonight around the toppings area. Daughter had oreo/cake batter and it was incredibly good.

The froyo selection is good. So are the toppings. But if I want sweetfrog I'll drive to the one near chesterfield town center instead cause this one is pretty dirty...

Clean and neat located in side of shopping center... Convenient while walking and shopping local stores
